Charlie, a two-year-old Labradoodle-Dalmatian mix, is being recognized as a hero after waking up his owner and alerting him to a fire in an RV in Clovis, California. Thanks to Charlie's actions, his owner was able to call 911 and awaken the people in nearby homes, ultimately leading to everyone being rescued and no injuries reported.
The Clovis Fire Department honored Charlie with a fire hat and badge, and neighbors even gave him a medal. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
