A little puppy with cerebellar hypoplasia was found abandoned and wrapped in a wet blanket near a park. He was taken to Sacramento SPCA, where he received physical therapy and love from his rescuers. Despite his medical condition, the pup named Petey has made significant progress and can now eat and play like any other normal dog.
